Find your playersPick the age group, team, and player who is training. Families can switch players from the account menu.
- 2
Start the workoutChoose an unlocked skill and get outside with a ball. The timer is there if it helps, but the work is what matters.
- 3
Record what happenedType the minutes trained, add a quick note if you want, and bank the points. Aim for 15 minutes a day. More minutes means more points.
- 4
Cheer the workPost a note to the shout-out board if you want, then check what your team is doing. Give digital high fives and keep the energy moving.
- 5
Go againIf a teammate is ahead, go back outside and do another workout. It is minutes on the ball, and every honest session helps.
Good to knowOnce a skill opens, it can keep earning points. Future skills can still be practiced, but they only log minutes until they unlock.
